1. Agreement and service provider
These Terms govern your use of Athleisure Concepts, a guide that lists pieces from independent shops and links to them, available at https://athleisureconcepts.com. Athleisure Concepts ("we", "us") runs this site. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. The service and your right to use it
Athleisure Concepts lists pieces from independent shops and links to them. We are not a seller: we do not take orders, accept payment, ship goods, or handle returns.
When you buy, you buy from the shop, under its own terms, prices, delivery rules, and returns policy. Any contract of sale is between you and the shop.
You may not sell, sublicense, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit the service, or reverse engineer it except to the extent mandatory law permits. This includes scraping, crawling, or copying the guide in bulk, and reselling its data.
3. Prices and availability
Prices, sizes, stock, and photographs come from shops and their product feeds and may be out of date or wrong. A price shown in a currency other than the shop’s own is converted from European Central Bank reference rates and is an estimate (marked "≈"). Always check the price, size, shipping cost, and duties on the shop’s own page before you buy.
4. Affiliate relationship
We may earn a commission when you buy through links on this site. It costs you nothing extra and does not decide which pieces are listed.
Some shops and affiliate networks set their own cookies after you leave our site. Their terms and privacy policies apply from that point.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law or others' rights; submit malware or harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content; harass or impersonate anyone; bypass access, safety, usage, or payment controls; disrupt or probe the service; or enable another person to do any of these things.
6. Content and intellectual property
We and our licensors retain rights in the service, branding, software, and supplied content. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the requested service.
You must have the rights needed to submit content and must not infringe another person's privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights.
7. Product names and photographs
You may read the guide and share links to it for personal use. Product names, brand names, and product photographs belong to their owners and shops; they appear to identify the products and are not an endorsement by or of anyone.
8. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may improve or change features while preserving paid users' contractual and statutory rights.
We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue service features or content, and may change the usage limits or quotas that apply to each plan, for valid business, legal, security, or technical reasons. If a material adverse change affects an ongoing paid plan, we will provide reasonable advance notice where required and allow you to cancel before the change takes effect. Any changes remain subject to applicable law and do not affect rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is otherwise provided without additional warranties. We do not exclude warranties or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to that rule, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by your breach or misuse, or business losses suffered by a consumer. Any further limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Purchases from shops
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a purchase you make from a shop, including a wrong price, an out-of-stock item, a late or lost delivery, or a shop’s conduct.
11. Governing law
Mandatory consumer-protection law of the country where you live continues to apply to you.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, or service-related reasons. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. Changes will not apply retroactively. If a material change adversely affects an ongoing paid service, you may cancel before it takes effect. Your rights under mandatory law remain unaffected.
